Can anyone help? My three year old son who is preparing for the imminent birth of his brother/sister, also any tips for coping with two. I am having dreadful panic attacks. I'm 30 weeks pregnant. Also, he seems to have become ultra-clingy and sensitive as if he senses a big change is looming.

Here are a few ideas to help him not to feel left out:
1. Let him tell people about the arrival of his new brother/sister.
2. why not let him help decorate the nursery with you.
3. Have a special gift for the big brother from the baby.
