I have two children aged 4 and 6, they have both recently started having nightmares and my daughter has also been walking in her sleep on a couple of occasions, what if anything can be done to help them?

My daughter has also had nightmares and then she started sleep walking. I soon realised that it happened whenever she needed to go to the toilet.
